In this week’s season finale titled, “New Year’s Evil,” Peregrine throws a New Year’s Eve party at the Adventuresses’ Club and invites Melbourne’s hottest pop band to play. Of course, nothing at the Adventuresses’ Club can go by without incident, so it’s not long before a shot rings out in the dark, leaving the lead singer dead on the floor. With all the suspects contained to the club, Peregrine (Geraldine Hakewill) and James (Joel Jackson) must work together to discover the killer in their midst, even as the tension between them reaches a boiling point. Will they ever find an opportunity to reconcile or is their new year’s resolution to end their professional relationship as well. Parade.com has an exclusive first look at the finale.
